VENDOR SPACE OPTIONS:

We offer either indoor or outdoor vendor spaces. The indoor spaces are in the center of activity, between the buildings where our famous tomato plants and our other equally wonderful annual and perennial plants are sold. The outdoor spaces are in the central grassy areas.

Spaces are 10x10 unless otherwise arranged. Please try to give us a realistic estimate of the space you will need, especially for the outdoor spaces, this will help us plan the Fairground layout. Space assignments and maps will be available in late April after registration has closed.

EVENT SETUP: Event set-up begins Friday, May 8th from 1:00-5:00 PM. Gates are locked overnight and security is provided. Vendors are strongly advised to set up Friday to avoid rushing Saturday morning. Alternate set-up time is Saturday, May 9th from 6:15-7:30 AM. The gate opens to the public at 8:00 AM Saturday.

Parking for Vendors can be accessed from the west side of the fairgrounds off of Walter Street.

SALES: Vendors are independent sellers and responsible for their own sales. We recommend that all vendors be prepared to take credit cards. Basic WiFi is available at the Fairgrounds through PogoZone. A cellular connection via Smart Phone or Hotspot is another good option for credit card sales. Sales end promptly at 2:00 PM on the day of the fair. We will collect your fees after 2:00 PM that day. Sellers may pay their fees to us with a credit card, check or cash. Credit cards are preferred, if practical for you.
