How to Get Friends and Family Involved

If you have a non-MG friend or family member who wants to help with an MG event, online submission of a liability waiver is required. It's easy--just send them this link to the form.

You must inform the coordinator of the event or work party  that your friend is coming! For the Plant Fair, please inform Sharon Hodgdon.

Event/work-party coordinators: make sure any non-MGs who will be working with you have signed a liability form. They only have to sign once. To check whether someone has signed the form already, see the list below.

Waivers Never Expire. Once someone has signed the waiver, it remains on file and they never have to sign one again. To check if a friend or family member has signed a waiver already, check the list below.
