If you would like to be a Vendor in the Skagit County Master Gardener Plant Fair please provide the following information.

Before you apply: note that information about being a vendor at this event, including selection criteria, fees, licensing requirements, and venue regulations, can be found at our Vendor Information for Plant Fair web page.

After submitting this online application, you will be contacted by our Vendor Team with your application status and will receive an invoice according to the fee table below.

The early Registration Deadline is April 10, 2026. Early registration Includes listing on our promotional web page. Please note that your registration is not complete until your application has been approved and payment for your entry fee has been received (if applicable for your booth type).

If you are a nonprofit vendor with no sales, please describe the focus of the booth.
What type of booth do you prefer?*
Standard indoor booths are approximately 10'x10' and outdoor booths are approximately 20'x20'. Please let us know if you will need more space. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Canopies must be secured with weights or pins.
Electricity, access to a water source... We will do our best to meet your needs.

Fees and Payment

  • Commercial vendor
    Entry Fee: $30 plus 15% of Gross Sales
  • Nonprofit vendor/educational booth with sales
    Entry Fee: $30 plus 5% of Gross Sales
  • Nonprofit vendor/educational booth without sales
    Entry Fee: none
  • Food vendor (responsible for their own health permits)
    Entry Fee: $30 

 

  • Do not send payment now. After your application is processed, you will be sent an invoice for the entry fee to the email that you provided. We accept online payments and checks by mail.
  • Entry fee payment must be received no later than April 10, 2026 to meet the Early Registration Deadline for inclusion on our promotional web page.
  • Payment for the % of Gross Sales is due before departing the fairgrounds on the day of the event. All Vendors are responsible for tracking their own sales. Fair closes at 2:00 P.M.
